•Ham and Egg breakfast roll-ups – sliced ham, scrambled eggs, peppers, onions and cheese.

•Healthy Banana Oat Waffles – bananas, oats, eggs, vanilla

•Overnight Chia Seed Oatmeal - oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, dried fruit, yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.

•Quinoa Egg Muffins w/ Spinach - quinoa, cooked spinach, and onions, eggs, cheese, oregano.

•Overnight Oatmeal – (Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry Almond, Strawberry, Peanut Butter)

•Banana Breakfast Quesadilla – egg or tofu, cheese/vegan cheese, fresh veggies and tortilla/vegan tortilla.

•Quiche – eggs, cheese, veggies and, meat (bacon, ham or sausage)

•Breakfast Cups – baked shredded potatoes, egg, veggies and cheese.

•Breakfast Sandwich – toasted bread, scrambled eggs and cheese. 


•SALADS


•Kale Fusion Salad - quinoa, chickpeas, tomatoes, fresh cucumber, feta cheese, and sliced almonds on a bed of kale.

•Spinach Mediterranean Salad - couscous, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, black olives, on a bed of fresh spinach.

•Famous Chop Salad - diced tomatoes, red cabbage, green onion, hard boiled egg, and bacon on a bed of fresh romaine lettuce.

•Caesar salad – Fresh Romain, homemade Caesar dressing (add chicken or steak) 

•Caprese Salad – tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil with balsamic glaze. 

•Fresh Mixed Green Salad – strawberries, cucumber, red onion, on a bed of or mixed greens. 

•Fruit Salad – strawberries, melon, pineapple, oranges, grapes and apples.

•Fresh Homemade Egg noodle Pasta - handmade egg noodle pasta served with red sauce or garlic and olive oil.

•Vegetarian or Traditional Lasagna – eggplant, zucchini, or pasta.

•Vegetarian Chickpea Curry & Rice – chickpeas, coconut milk, curry.

•Korean BBQ Bento Bowls – tomato, (chickpeas, chicken, or beef) brussle sprouts, zucchini, carrots, grape tomatoes, tahini oil, ginger, garlic.

•Vegan Coconut Crusted Tofu – crispy coconut crusted tofu, ginger, lime juice.

•Stuffed Chicken Margarita – chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
